Extends Connecticut's prevailing wage requirements to workers performing off-site custom fabrication for public works projects, effective July 1, 2025

Off-site custom fabrication includes plumbing, heating, cooling, pipefitting, ventilation, and exhaust duct systems fabricated at locations other than the project site but specifically for that public works project

Stock shelf items and readily available components are excluded from the off-site custom fabrication definition

Amends Section 31-53(a) of the general statutes governing public works contracts

Received Joint Favorable Substitute from the Labor Committee and Joint Favorable from the Appropriations Committee
