Connecticut Wing Civil Air Patrol may operate youth camps without obtaining a state license from the Office of Early Childhood, provided camps are located on state-owned or leased property and use facilities operated exclusively by the Military Department

Civil Air Patrol camps must still comply with state regulations regarding glucose monitoring for children with diabetes and administration of medications to children

Effective date is October 1, 2025
