Requires nursing home workers to complete one hour of training every two years through certified worker organizations, with employers paying workers' regular wages during training and reimbursing travel expenses

Prohibits employer retaliation against workers exercising rights under the act, including threats to report immigration status; workers may bring civil actions for violations and recover lost wages, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees

Standards for Medicaid-funded nursing homes cannot be implemented until necessary state appropriations are made; annual reporting to the General Assembly required beginning December 1, 2025
