Establishes a task force to study the impact of large corporate entities acquiring residential real property on housing affordability, rental prices, and homeownership opportunities in Connecticut

Task force will examine potential requirements for large corporate entities to bid separately at foreclosure auctions and to disclose residential property ownership

Task force will study policies to limit the number of residential properties that corporate entities may acquire or own

Nine-member task force includes 8 legislative appointees and the Commissioner of Housing, with appointments due within 30 days of passage and first meeting within 60 days

Report with findings and recommendations due to the Housing and Planning and Development committees by February 1, 2026, at which point the task force terminates
