Creates new crime of unlawful dissemination of intimate synthetically created images (AI-generated deepfakes) depicting nudity or sexual activity without consent, effective October 1, 2025

Requires four elements for violation: intentional dissemination, lack of consent, knowledge image is synthetic with intent to deceive viewers, and resulting harm to the depicted person

Enhanced penalties apply when offender created or acquired the image with intent to harm: base offense rises from class D to class A misdemeanor, and online dissemination to multiple people rises from class C misdemeanor to class D felony

Exempts images where the depicted person voluntarily exposed themselves in public or commercial settings, and images where the person is not clearly identifiable without accompanying personal information

Protects internet service providers, telecommunications services, and interactive computer services from liability for content posted by third parties
