Requires the Commissioner of Social Services to submit reports twice annually (every six months) instead of annually on the certified community health worker Medicaid reimbursement program

Initial report must be submitted at least six months before implementation of the reimbursement program, with reports going to the General Assembly's human services committee and Council on Medical Assistance Program Oversight

Reports must include analysis of program elements ensuring access to services, promoting workforce growth, and preventing financial incentives that could limit access to community health workers

Reports must also evaluate the program's impact on health outcomes and health equity

Amends existing law (Section 17b-28l) governing Medicaid reimbursement for certified community health workers serving HUSKY Health program members, effective upon passage
