Commissioner of Social Services must develop a plan to participate in the USDA Restaurant Meals Program, allowing eligible SNAP beneficiaries (those 60+, disabled, homeless, or their spouses) to purchase meals at restaurants using benefits

Report on the Restaurant Meals Program plan due to the Human Services committee by October 1, 2025, with formal USDA application required by December 1, 2025

Attorney General must file annual reports starting October 1, 2025, on any price discrimination investigations against grocery stores, including those in food deserts as defined by USDA's Food Access Research Atlas

Reports to commerce, human services, and judiciary committees must include information on related federal investigations and legislative recommendations to protect consumers from price discrimination

Both sections take effect upon passage
