Working group consists of members from the joint standing committee on labor and public employees, appointees from House and Senate leadership (both majority and minority), and the Labor Commissioner or designee

Requires appointees to include individuals with construction and building trades expertise, including a member of a construction and building trade collective bargaining unit

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of passage, with the first meeting held within 60 days

Working group must submit findings and recommendations to the labor and public employees committee by January 1, 2026, at which point it terminates
