Requires registrars of voters to designate a specific curbside voting area at each polling place where election officials will bring ballots to eligible electors

Establishes a 20-foot buffer zone around curbside voters where no soliciting, loitering, or distribution of campaign materials is permitted

Prohibits anyone except the voter and driver from being in a vehicle used for curbside voting, with candidates specifically barred unless casting their own ballot

Directs the Secretary of the State to adopt regulations including a model curbside voting plan for municipalities to implement
