Adds 20 new commemorative days, weeks, and months to Connecticut law, requiring the Governor to issue annual proclamations for each observance

February designations: Scouting America Day (February 8, marking the 1910 founding of Boy Scouts of America) and Neurofibromatosis Awareness Day (February 14)

Health awareness observances: Parkinson's Awareness Day (April 11), Brain Tumor Awareness Month (May), Dystonia Awareness Day (May 10), Face Equity Week (May 13-19), Uterine Fibroid Awareness Month (July), and Epilepsy Awareness Month (November)

Military and service recognition: Tuskegee Airmen Day (April 26, honoring WWII pilots who earned over 150 Distinguished Flying Crosses), National Women Veterans' Recognition Day (June 12), Connecticut Recipients of the Medal of Honor Day (July 12), Veterans' Month (November), and Varian Fry Day (October 15, honoring a CT resident who rescued over 1,500 refugees from Nazis)

Cultural and other observances: Connecticut Native Plant Month (April), Local Journalism Appreciation Day (first Wednesday in May), Red Dress Day (May 5, for missing/murdered indigenous women and children), Barber Recognition Day (June 1), Connecticut Microbiome Day (June 27), Lobster Roll Day (third Saturday in September), and Diwali (15th day of Kartik in the Hindu lunar calendar)
