Adds the Connecticut Association of Schools to the statutory definition of "Employer" under the Teachers' Retirement System (Section 10-183b)

Expands the definition of "Public school" to include the Connecticut Association of Schools, making it an eligible entity for retirement system participation

Extends the definition of "Teacher" to include administrative or support staff members employed by the Connecticut Association of Schools

Takes effect immediately upon passage, amending three subdivisions of Section 10-183b of the general statutes
