Extends the Pediatric Hospice Working Group established under Public Act 24-19 to develop recommendations for a Children's Health, Advocacy, Management and Palliative Care program and a Pediatric Palliative and Hospice Care Center of Excellence pilot program

Working group responsibilities through March 1, 2025 include reviewing existing pediatric hospice services, recommending appropriate service levels, and evaluating payment and funding options

From March 1, 2025 through July 1, 2026, the working group must develop recommendations on appropriations, pilot program operational requirements, nurse education and curriculum standards, and licensing or certification requirements

Working group membership includes representatives from pediatric hospice associations, licensed hospices, hospital associations, two children's hospitals, a pediatric oncologist, pediatric intensivist, and the Commissioners of Public Health and Social Services

Requires reports to the General Assembly's public health committee by March 1, 2025 (initial findings) and March 1, 2026 (pilot program recommendations)
