Commissioner of Transportation shall convey four parcels of state land totaling approximately 27.45 acres (known as Camp Brook Greenway) to the town of North Canaan for only the administrative costs of the conveyance

Land is located along U.S. Route 7 (Ashley Falls Road) and Granger Lane, identified on Tax Assessor's Maps 22 and 29

North Canaan must use the parcels exclusively for open space or nonprofit low-impact passive public recreation purposes

Land automatically reverts to Connecticut if the town fails to use it for designated purposes, sells or transfers ownership, leases any portion, or subdivides the parcels

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation
