Four parcels located along Bushnell Hollow Road (CT Route 138): Parcel 1 (36.6 acres), Parcel 2 (0.02 acres), Parcel 3 (8.9 acres), and Parcel 4 (1.28 acres)

Land must be used exclusively for conservation purposes; parcels revert to the state if the conservancy fails to use them for conservation, sells them, or leases any portion

No construction or use permitted within the floodplain that would promote development or violate National Flood Insurance Program requirements

State Properties Review Board must complete review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation
