Commissioner of Transportation shall convey approximately 0.18 acres of state land along Route 32 right-of-way to the Town of Willington for only the administrative costs of the transfer

Parcel is adjacent to 426 River Road and must be used exclusively for purposes related to the fire station at that location

Land reverts to the state if Willington fails to use it for fire station purposes, sells any portion, or leases any part of the parcel

Town of Willington must pay for any survey costs if the Commissioner deems a survey necessary

State Properties Review Board must complete its review within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement from the Department of Transportation
