Changes President Pro Tempore's Senate appointments from 3 to 5 members

Reduces Senate minority leader's appointments from 3 to 2 members

House membership remains unchanged at 19 members (10 appointed by Speaker, 7 by minority leader, plus majority and minority leaders or designees)

Committee reviews all executive and legislative nominations except judicial nominations, workers' compensation administrative law judges, Board of Pardons and Paroles members, and Claims Commissioner nominations
