Explicitly defines sex-based discrimination to include discrimination based on pregnancy (preventing, initiating, continuing, or terminating a pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and related health care

Covers discrimination in both intent and effect regarding civil and political rights

Amendment would be continued to the next General Assembly session or presented to voters at the November 3, 2026 general election
