Establishes default protections for minors including: notifications restricted to 8 AM-9 PM, maximum 1 hour daily access to algorithmic feeds, private account settings, and blocking of sensitive content

Mandates annual public disclosure by March 1, 2028 of user statistics including total users, parental consent rates, default setting usage, and average daily usage time by age

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices; platforms must delete age verification and parental consent data immediately after collection
