Requires annual cost-of-living adjustments beginning July 1, 2026, equal to 25% of the federal SSI cost-of-living adjustment

State supplement payments go directly to long-term care facilities for deposit into residents' personal fund accounts

Applies to residents of licensed chronic and convalescent nursing homes, chronic disease hospitals, rest homes with nursing supervision, intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and state humane institutions

Takes effect upon passage
