Fiscal years 2023 through June 30, 2025: $12 million annually allocated to the Tobacco and Health Trust Fund, with the remainder to the General Fund

Starting fiscal year ending June 30, 2027: Annual allocation to the Tobacco and Health Trust Fund increases to $32 million, with the remainder going to the General Fund
