Eliminates the master's level examination requirement from the Association of Social Work Boards for master social worker licensure, effective July 1, 2026

Removes the examination requirement for out-of-state master social workers seeking licensure by endorsement in Connecticut, requiring only proof of good standing licensure in a state with substantially similar requirements

Maintains the clinical level examination requirement for clinical social worker licensure, which also requires 3,000 hours post-master's experience including at least 100 hours of supervised work

Accepts degrees from social work programs in candidate status for accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education if offered by Connecticut institutions between spring 2024 and spring 2028

Repeals Section 20-195t of the general statutes and removes provisions related to a temporary examination waiver that was set to expire January 1, 2026
