Increases State Properties Review Board membership from six to eight members, effective July 1, 2026, with one additional appointment each by majority and minority legislative leaders

Raises the per diem compensation for all board members from $200 to $300

Increases the chairperson's maximum annual compensation from $30,000 to $45,000

Increases other board members' maximum annual compensation from $25,000 to $40,000

Maintains bipartisan balance requirement by allowing no more than four of the eight members to be from the same political party (previously three of six)
