Bans gaming advertising in athletic facilities on college and university campuses and on institutional websites, social media, or mobile applications, with limited exceptions for general-audience announcements using only trademarks, logos, or partnership disclosures

Prohibits sports wagering platforms from using artificial intelligence to track individual wagers, create targeted offers or promotions, or develop gambling products such as microbets (in-game wagers on specific occurrences)

Requires quarterly reporting to the department on withdrawal activity and mandates monthly account statements for bettors summarizing deposits, withdrawals, net wins/losses, wagering activity, and any withdrawal cancellation exceptions
