Amends section 10-253(f) to fix the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act reference to the version revised as of December 23, 2022, rather than incorporating future amendments automatically

Local and regional boards of education must continue providing educational services to homeless children and youth in accordance with federal law (42 USC 11431 et seq.)

Homeless children or youth denied school accommodations based on residency remain entitled to a hearing under section 10-186

Unaccompanied youth retain the right to access their educational, medical, and similar cumulative records maintained by school boards
