Increases the fee schedule for adult day care services by 10% effective July 1, 2026, specifically to provide increased funding for adult day care transportation

Requires the Commissioner of Social Services to increase the adult day care fee schedule annually beginning July 1, 2027, by at minimum the cost-of-living adjustment as measured by the consumer price index

Amends Section 17b-343 of the general statutes, which governs maximum allowable rates for elderly home-care services including homemaker services, meals on wheels, respite care, and case management
