Commissioner of Social Services must submit quarterly reports to legislative committees on human services, labor, and government oversight, beginning with data from April 1, 2024

Reports must include the fiscal intermediary's most recent audited financial statements and all personal care attendant timesheet data, including submission rates, on-time payments, processing error rates, and penalties levied

Customer service metrics must be disclosed, including call center reports, service level agreements, average response times, and penalties for response time violations

Communication tracking required for all telephone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages from consumers and personal care attendants, along with response compliance rates
