Municipalities must establish or designate an agency to implement affordable housing programs within 120 days after a zoning commission request, changing the deadline from "within" to "not later than" 120 days

If a municipality fails to act within 120 days, the zoning commission may notify the local housing authority or municipal housing agency to implement the program

Affordable housing selection programs must not discriminate based on age, gender, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, intellectual disability, physical disability (including blindness or deafness), place of residency, number of children, or veterans' status
