Updates the definition of "state employer" in labor statutes to include the Tweed-New Haven Airport Authority and entities contracting with it, in addition to the Connecticut Airport Authority

Expands the definition of "firefighter" to include uniformed members of the Tweed-New Haven Airport Authority and its contractors for purposes of related labor protections

Corrects grammatical errors by changing "forty days of" to "forty days after" regarding employer protest deadlines for unemployment benefit charges

Corrects grammatical errors by changing "forty-eight hours of" to "forty-eight hours after" regarding physician reporting deadlines for suspected occupational diseases

All four sections take effect upon passage and amend sections 7-313p, 7-313g, 31-225a, and 31-40cc of the general statutes
