Amends the deadline language for filing appeals to the State Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities from "within thirty days of" to "not later than thirty days after" the mailing of a written decision

Applies to appeals from orders issued by municipal boards, commissions, councils, committees, or other agencies established under sections 7-148i to 7-148n

Technical language change that clarifies the appeal filing deadline without changing the 30-day timeframe
