Amends the definition of "police patrol vehicle" in Connecticut General Statutes section 29-6d(a) to clarify that it means any state or local police vehicle

Adds a new exclusion for administrative vehicles in which an occupant is wearing body-worn camera equipment, in addition to existing exclusions for bicycles, motor scooters, all-terrain vehicles, electric personal assistive mobility devices, and animal control vehicles

Applies to statutes governing body-worn recording equipment and dashboard camera requirements for law enforcement

Effective date: October 1, 2026
