University of Connecticut required to conduct a study of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) within available resources, effective October 1, 2026

Study must examine the benefits of establishing a state UAP research center and the resources needed to create and operate such a center

UConn personnel must consult with the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Office of Military Affairs, and the Connecticut director of MUFON (national UFO investigation nonprofit)

University granted access to data collected by participating state agencies

Study results due to the General Assembly's public safety, environment, military affairs, and appropriations committees by July 1, 2027
