Lowers the minimum age for criminal liability for enticing a juvenile to commit a criminal act from 23 years old to 21 years old

Applies to adults who knowingly cause, encourage, solicit, recruit, intimidate, or coerce a person under 18 to commit or participate in a criminal act

First offense remains a class A misdemeanor; subsequent offenses remain a class D felony

Amends Section 53a-225 of the Connecticut general statutes

Effective October 1, 2026
