Establishes a working group to study and make recommendations on the angel investor tax credit program under section 12-704d of Connecticut general statutes

Working group membership includes Commerce Committee chairpersons and ranking members, CEO of Connecticut Innovations Inc., Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, and additional members as needed

Study must include review of the Auditors of Public Accounts audit summary on Connecticut Innovations' administration of the program for fiscal years ending June 30, 2022 and June 20, 2023

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the bill's passage, with members selecting two cochairpersons from among themselves

Report with findings and recommendations due to the Commerce Committee by January 1, 2027, at which point the working group terminates
