Commissioner of Economic and Community Development must designate an employee of the Office of Small Business Affairs to provide concierge services to small businesses, effective October 1, 2026

Concierge services include providing information and assistance related to economic or community development projects or programs administered by the Department of Economic and Community Development

Office of Small Business Affairs continues its existing mission to aid small business enterprises, particularly those owned by minorities and socially or economically disadvantaged individuals

Amends Section 32-9n of the general statutes by adding the new concierge services requirement as a new subsection
