Establishes a working group to study Connecticut's Workers' Compensation Act (sections 31-275 to 31-355b) and recommend needed changes to these provisions

Working group consists of 6 members appointed by legislative leaders: one each from the Speaker of the House, Senate President Pro Tempore, House and Senate majority leaders, and House and Senate minority leaders

All appointed members must have familiarity with and expertise in the application and interpretation of the state's Workers' Compensation Act

Report on findings and recommendations due to the Judiciary and Labor committees by January 1, 2027

Working group terminates upon submission of the report or January 1, 2027, whichever is later; effective immediately upon passage
