Allows towns, cities, and boroughs to post legal notices on their municipal website combined with printed copies at town hall and at least two other public locations (such as libraries or senior centers) instead of publishing in newspapers

Permits legal notices required in daily newspapers to alternatively be published in weekly newspapers

Maintains existing time requirements for legal notices; the alternative posting methods cannot reduce the legally required notice periods

Requires newspapers selected for publication notices to have substantial circulation in the town where at least one benefiting party resides
