Bans firearms and deadly weapons within 250 feet of polling places, early voting locations, ballot drop boxes, and ballot counting sites, with exceptions for peace officers on duty, unloaded weapons in locked vehicle containers, and persons passing through; first offense is a class D felony, subsequent offenses class B felony

Criminalizes harassment or intimidation of election workers, with public disclosure of election workers' personal identifying information punishable as a class A misdemeanor for first offense and class C felony for subsequent offenses; affected workers may bring civil lawsuits

Makes tampering with, destroying, or unauthorized sharing of voting tabulators or ballot drop boxes a class D felony; requires municipal officials to notify the Attorney General and Secretary of State within 36 hours of receiving any subpoena or warrant for election records or equipment

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief from the Connecticut Supreme Court to prevent or remedy interference with federal elections, including ex parte orders in exigent circumstances and expedited hearings within 3-5 days
