Amends criminal trespass in the first degree (Class A misdemeanor) to explicitly include school grounds, parking lots, athletic fields, and school buildings, and authorizes local or regional boards of education to issue orders to leave or not enter

Amends criminal trespass in the second degree (Class B misdemeanor) to explicitly cover unlicensed entry into school buildings and onto school grounds, including parking lots and athletic fields

Amends criminal trespass in the third degree (Class C misdemeanor) to include state-operated school buildings, school grounds, and associated parking lots and athletic fields when posted or enclosed

Amends simple trespass (infraction) to explicitly cover school grounds, parking lots, athletic fields, and school buildings when a person enters without license or privilege and without intent to harm property
