Amends Section 9-611(d) of the general statutes by replacing the word "that" with "such" when referring to the individual making a campaign contribution

Maintains the existing requirement that campaign contributions exceeding $100 to any candidate or committee must be made by personal check or credit card of the contributing individual

In-kind contributions remain exempt from the personal check or credit card requirement regardless of amount

Effective date: October 1, 2026
