Amends Special Act 22-18 to expand permissible uses of approximately 2 acres of state land in Cheshire being conveyed from the Department of Correction to the Chesprocott Health District

Adds new authorized uses allowing the health district to permit a nonprofit organization to use the land for temporary housing, or to convey the parcel to a nonprofit for temporary housing purposes

Original permitted uses remain: building a regional health district facility, housing DEMHS Region No. 2, and emergency support function No. 8 (public health and medical services)

Removes reversion triggers for partial transfers or leasing; land now only reverts to the state if not used for any of the authorized purposes

Conveyance cost limited to administrative expenses, subject to State Properties Review Board approval within 30 days of receiving the proposed agreement
