Requires subscription-based AI providers to make consumer disclosures and mandates that synthetic digital content be detectable as AI-generated

Prohibits automated employment-related decision processes that constitute unlawful discrimination and bars AI technology from modifying collective bargaining agreements or impairing employee organization roles

Directs the Office of Health Strategy to develop AI systems for improving health outcomes and establishes safe harbor programs administered by the Attorney General, Insurance Commissioner, and Commissioner of Consumer Protection
