Mandates manufacturers publish test results on their websites, including heavy metal names and amounts, product identification information, and links to FDA guidance on children's health effects

Requires baby food containers to display a QR code with the statement "For Information About Toxic Element Testing On This Product, Scan the QR Code" linking to test results and FDA health information

Allows Connecticut consumers to report suspected violations to the Commissioner of Consumer Protection
