Dealers cannot exclude, modify, disclaim, or limit implied warranties on used motor vehicles less than ten years old, replacing the previous $3,000 minimum purchase price threshold

All used vehicles under ten years old must include an express warranty covering full parts and labor costs for 60 days or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first), doubled from the previous 30 days/1,500 miles for lower-priced vehicles

Dealers are prohibited from limiting warranties with phrases like "fifty-fifty," "labor only," or "drive train only"

Used vehicles may only be sold "as is" if they are ten years old or older, increased from the previous seven-year threshold
