Renames "municipal agent for elderly persons" to "municipal agent for aging" and updates terminology throughout from "elderly persons" to "older adults"

Requires municipal agents to be free of conflicts of interest or perceived conflicts of interest that could affect their ability to provide unbiased information, assistance, or referral services

Starting July 1, 2026, municipal agents must submit written certification at appointment or reappointment confirming no conflicts of interest, and must immediately report any conflicts that arise during their term

Allows two or more municipalities to jointly appoint municipal agents through a memorandum of agreement, which may include terms for sharing expenses

Defines "conflict of interest" to include financial or personal benefits received by the agent, their spouse, parent, sibling, child, child's spouse, or an associated business
