Amends section 17b-261 of Connecticut general statutes to disregard certain income when determining Medicaid eligibility for adult disabled children under Title II of the Social Security Act

Implements the "Pickle Amendment," a federal Medicaid provision sponsored by former U.S. Representative James Pickle that protects disabled adults from losing Medicaid due to Social Security cost-of-living increases

Targets older adults with disabilities who became disabled before age 22 and receive Social Security benefits based on a parent's work record
