Department of Social Services must submit a report by January 1, 2027 describing all programs serving children and families where eligibility or sliding fees are based on federal poverty level comparisons

Department of Developmental Services must submit a similar report by January 1, 2027 to legislative committees on children, public health, and appropriations

Reports must estimate current administration costs for each program and projected costs if eligibility expanded to include families with incomes above federal poverty level but below the ALICE Threshold of Financial Survival (as determined by United Way of Connecticut)

Reports must estimate how many additional children or families would become eligible under the expanded income threshold

Reports must assess the feasibility of adopting the ALICE Threshold of Financial Survival for eligibility determinations in each program
