Driver education curriculum must include behind-the-wheel instruction and practice on how to safely pull over and respond to traffic stops by law enforcement officers

Secondary school driver education programs may contract with licensed drivers' schools for behind-the-wheel instruction, with instructors licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles
