Prohibits the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development from accepting new applications for data center tax exemptions on or after July 1, 2026

Eliminates future tax exemptions under Chapter 203 (sales and use taxes) and Chapter 219 (corporation business tax) for qualified data centers

Affects owners, operators, and colocation tenants of qualified data centers who would otherwise be eligible to enter into tax exemption agreements with the state

Existing agreements entered into before July 1, 2026 are not affected by this change
