Office of Legislative Management must conduct a feasibility study on reestablishing the duties, responsibilities, and staffing of the former Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee within the Government Oversight Committee

Study must examine additional staffing requirements, associated costs for providing resources, and potential benefits of reestablishment

Executive director of the Office of Legislative Management must submit a report with findings and legislative recommendations to the Government Oversight Committee by January 1, 2027

Effective immediately upon passage
