Municipalities must post monthly financial reports on their websites by the 15th of each month, beginning January 15, 2027

Reports must include budget allocations and actual expenditures for each municipal department or office from the preceding month

Reports must also show projected revenue versus actual revenue received, tied to specific budget line items

All reports must be published in both PDF and comma-separated value (CSV) formats to allow electronic searching

Reports must remain publicly accessible on municipal websites for at least three years from posting date
